Canyon Creek Elementary’s Fourth Annual Multicultural Fair

Friday, March 26, from 5-8 pm. This year, Caribbean, Greek, and Japanese cuisine will be served for dinner. There will also be a dessert area outside with chamber music played by the CHAMPS of Westwood High School. Performances inside include traditional Chinese, Filipino, Indian, and Mexican dances. There will also be Japanese Taiko and much more!

We are still in need of volunteers (Grisham and Westwood students as well as parents)!

It’s not too late to sign up for a booth! We would love to see more European countries join the mix of countries being represented.

The PTA is currently forming the Nominating Committee for 2010

The Nominating Committee is a special committee
that holds the key to a successful PTA. It has the
responsibility to present the best qualified nominees for
office. All executive positions need to be filled and you can
help do that. If you are a PTA member you can help secure
next year’s executive board. All potential members of the
Nominating Committee will be elected into office in February
at the General meeting. We need to fill 3 committee positions
