The number of active listings are up 16.80% from last year during the same week.

 

New listings are up 2.34% this week compared to the same week last year.

 

Pendings are down this week by 19.18%.
 

Sold residential units are down 27.83% compared to the same week last year.

Units for Sale:

July 18 - July 24, 2010

(compared to the same week in 2009)

New listings are up this week 2.34%.

Pendings are down this week 19.18%

Solds are down 27.83%

 

As for Average Prices:

July 18 - July 24, 2010

Sold average sales prices increased 14.09% to $272,747.  In 2009 it was $239,059 for the same week.

Units for Sale: (compared to June 2009)

New listings are down 2.86%.

Pendings are down 30.61%.

Solds increased by 6.56%

 

As for Average Prices:

The "New Listings" average list price is up 9.50% to $342,513.  In June 2009 the average list price was $312,793. 

Sold average sales prices decreased 3.47% to $238,460.  For June 2009 it was $247,041.

That we had 11,860 active listings during the same week in 2009?  Today there is 13,853 active listings!  That is 16.80% increase from last year.
